As we reach the halfway point of 2025, it’s the perfect opportunity to pause and reflect on the journey so far. The first six months of the year have been marked by growth, innovation, and an ever-stronger commitment to delivering quality and value to our clients and communities.
Strengthening Our Delivery Capacity
One of the most significant achievements this year has been the continued growth of our engineering workforce. With new talent joining the business, we’ve been able to expand our delivery capacity across key sectors, ensuring we meet increasing demand while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.
Investing in Internal Systems and People
Behind the scenes, we’ve also implemented new IT systems to improve efficiency and enhance collaboration across teams. Alongside this, our refreshed induction process is helping new starters feel supported and confident from day one — creating a stronger foundation for long-term success.
We’re proud of the fantastic feedback received from both clients and tenants, recognising the professionalism and care shown by our engineers across all touchpoints.

Growing the Team, Evolving the Business
Internally, we’ve welcomed Catherine Bye as our new Sales Prospector, helping to further strengthen our work in the education sector.
We’ve also seen well-earned career progression: James, formerly Head of Recruitment, has stepped into the role of HR Director, helping to shape the future of our people strategy.
And with several new engineers, PAYE, already adding real value to projects across the country, the culture of excellence and accountability continues to thrive.
Looking Ahead
Perhaps one of the most exciting developments is our upcoming office relocation — moving into a brand-new space in St Albans, designed to support our next phase of growth.
