Many landlords breathe a sigh of relief when their property receives a “satisfactory” EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report). But is a pass really enough? In many cases, a passing grade can create a false sense of security—especially when C3 recommendations are left unaddressed.

When a C3 Today Becomes a C2 Tomorrow

Loose ConnectionsA terminal that’s “slightly warm” during testing might seem harmless, but under continuous load, it can overheat and lead to a fire risk—quickly escalating to a C2.
