Goom's January Leadership Talk

This month's Leadership Talk was presented by our Commercial Director, Dan Farnham.

He spoke about Charlie Mackesy's The Boy, The Fox, The Mole and The Horse - a story of important life lessons, touching on the importance of compassion, strength and friendship.

We asked the team what they gained from the talk:

"From the leadership talk earlier today I learnt that you should not limit your own capabilities because of the views or opinions of others"

"I learned that in life asking for help is a strength, and this doesn't mean I have failed or given up. I also liked the part on paying kindness forward, especially how we are doing this within our company by helping others".
