Toolbox Talk for our team, bringing together both new and experienced engineers for a collaborative session led by our Technical Lead, Lewis Parmenter.
We host a tool box talk regularly every month via Teams with a varied focus each time to ensure all areas are covered.
The session was designed to align the team on two critical fronts:
Client expectations: From first contact to final sign-off, we discussed how to maintain clear communication and professional standards throughout the job lifecycle.
Post-job admin process: We walked through the step-by-step procedures required once work is completed, ensuring every project is properly documented, communicated, and closed out efficiently.

To add even more depth, our Contracts Officer, Sholte Charran, provided valuable input on the behind-the-scenes processes that keep our operations running smoothly.
Her insights helped the team connect the dots between on-site work and administrative follow-through, highlighting how every role contributes to a seamless client experience.
